Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1968, Sin [allegedly]joined the CIA in Zone 41 in order to encourage people to hate communist regimes and built up CIA forces. During 1970-74, [Sin]went to spy on the revolution and allowed in the defense line for the enemies to fight for the revolution's controlled zone. During 1975-76, [Sin]caused small actions in Kampong Cham provincial town, encouraging factory workers to get into dispute w ith military forces and destroying factory materials and foodstuff, and having rice sunk into water as well when carried by boat. [Sin]was arrested by Angkar on 12 November, 1977.
