Summary / Abstract :
In 1968, Chhem Ke was [allegedly]a sleuth for a Sub-District chief to spy out Khmer Rouge activities and propagandize people to oppose the revolution. In 1970, [Ke]infiltrated the revolution as a comb atant and was educated by Sou to betray the revolution by contacting troops, to building forces in the revolution's regions, reporting troops to evacuate people and encouraging people to escape to the enemy regions. After the 1975 liberation day, [Ke]spread leaflets praising liberal regimes, encouraged people to escape to Thailand, and destroyed crops. In 1976, [Ke]contacted the Thai to attack the revolution, hid rice, medicine, and weapon, ordering people to transport them into the forest in reserve for a coup d'état. On 01 February, 1978, [Chhem Ke]was arrested by Angkar.
