Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1968, Poly [allegedly]joined the revolution. In 1969, Poly became a member of the Workers' Party and was made responsible for destroying revolutionary forces and building up the Workers' Party. Dur ing 1970-75, [Poly]cooperated with Mey and secretly sent medicine to Vietnam. After 1975, [Poly]built up a Workers' military from among the people, acted against collectives and supported Vietnam as t hey claimed Vietnam had helped the Khmer. In 1977, [Poly]killed core cadres. In July 1977, [Poly]was arrested by Angkar.
