Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1967, Uch Mann [allegedly]was a spy. In 1969, [Mann]went to contact Nam Kauy (Vietnamese)in Takeo in order to undertake actions. In 1970, [Mann]was brought into the revolution in Region 35 by Vietn amese. At that time, [Mann]gathered foodstuff for Vietnamese and killed the revolution's cadres. In 1973, [Mann]went to live at [his]home and created conflicts. After the liberation day in 1975, [Mann ]was transferred by Angkar to work in the petrol store in Russei Keo and [Mann]then started destroying petrol equipment, vechicles, boats and ferries. On 7 January, 1978, [Mann]was arrested by Angkar.
