Loeung Sopheap was a track worker in Battambang. [Sopheap]committed traitrous activities by building forces among the track workers. [Sopheap]caused slow transportation and derailed trains and poorly maintained the railaway. In 1976, [Sopheap]hid 80 sacks of rice and bought products from Thailand through Sou.
