Summary / Abstract :

Som Chhoeun was a combatant and a messenger for the Khmer Rouge in Division 310. In 1976, [Chhoeut][allegedly]joined the CIA and was assigned to spy on Khmer Rouge locations and top leaders. [Chhoeut] destroyed rice, crops and other property, and prepared a plot to counter-attack the revolution. Then, [Chhoeut]was arrested and detained by Angkar. (No exact date of arrest specified).
