Sok Oeun confessed to traitorous activities with Savoeun, working in Regiment 172 preparing heavy artillery to attack the revolution. [Sok Oeun]admitted being involved in the plan to attack Phnom Penh and plans to hold demonstrations against the revolution in 1976. [Sok Oeun], Commander 175 was responsible for firing artillery supporting the troop. The attack plan was in collaboration with the Eas tern Zone, led by Chhouk had been led by troops. On August 30, 1976, [Sok Oeun]was arrested by Angkar.
