Khiev Khao aka Savin, was born in 1974, in Phong sub-district, Korng Pisey district, Kampong Speu. He was a low class farmer. In 1968, Khiev Khao, joined revolution and on December 23, 1970, this person was a combatant of investigation sector. Presently, he works in a farm. Khiev Khao, was a friendly person, not involving with the enemy faithfal, responsible and bad temper.
ខៀវ ខៅ ហៅ សាវិន កើតឆ្នាំ១៩៤៧ នៅឃុំផុង ស្រុកគងពិសី ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ ជាកសិករកណ្ដាលថ្នាក់ក្រោម។ ខៅ បានចូលបដិវត្ដន៍ ឆ្នាំ១៩៦៨ ចូលអង្គការសម្ងាត់ថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ជាយុវកក។ បច្ចុប្បន្នធ្វើការនៅអង្គភាពបដិវត្ដន៍ផ្នែកកសិដ្ឋាន ការ ទំនាក់ទំនងល្អ គ្មានពាក់ព័ន្ធជាមួយខ្មាំង ស្មោះត្រង់ប្រយុទ្ធ ទទួលខុស ត្រូវខ្ពស់តែមានចិត្ដស្រាលពុំសូវនិយាយស្ដី។
