Summary / Abstract :

Ke Ching Heng was [allegedly]a spy for a Commune Chief in Region 21 spying on Khmer Rouge activities. In 1970, Ching Heng infiltrated the revolution to build up traitorous forces, inspired conflicts i n the revolution, reported troops to drop bombs, and inspired youth not to join the military service. In 1972, [Ching Heng]joined the Workers' Party of Kampuchea to build up traitorous forces. In 1975 , [Ching Heng]was assigned a plan by Lin, Office Chief of the Eastern Zone, to kill the Eastern Zone Secretary by means of using poison, hiding and shooting when walking alone. The person also informe d people about the failure of the revolution' s army along the Vietnamese border until he was arrested on 26 December by Angkar.
