Summary / Abstract :

In 1950, So Chea [allegedly]was a Kok Minng Tang party member. Comrade Chea propagandized people to overthrow the communist party and praised democracy. [Chea]built up the Kok Ming Tang party. Togethe r with Russians and Americans, [Chea]supported Yiek Kong. Until 1974, [Chea]propagandized the Kumintang doctrine. In 1975, [Chea]started working in the Ministry of Industry. As advised by Khmao, in an international relationship, [Chea]spread doctrine of the Kok Ming Tang and the CIA. Comrade [Chea]imported poisonous medicines to poison high ranking officers. [Chea]investigated the Vietnamese plan to conquer Cambodia in order to devide the Cambodian forces. The Free Khmer in Thailand participated in the plan. On 8 March 1978, [Chea]was arrested by Angkar.
