Summary / Abstract :

Comrade Yun Soeun [allegedly]was among the Cambodians who were to Hanoi by the Vienamese after Geneva in denture in 1954. In 1970, the Vietnamese assigned Soeun to abolish the Cambodian Communist Part y. All the Cambodians, who were taken to Vietnam, were ordered to infiltrate certain zones, while [Soeun]was ordered to spy in the Eastern Zone. In 1975, [Soeun]joined the Free Khmer Party and took Ch houk's advice to discourage youth from joining the armed forces and encourage them to join enemy groups. [Soeun]exported 10 tons of rice to Vietnam in order to get 40.000 supporting troops. These troo ps combined with 20, 000 Eastern troops were for a 1977 coup plan. Later, [Soeun]was arrested by Angkar.
