Nhim and Phim was close friend, however, in political affairs and feeling. The two had strong powerful and core leadership in the Labor Party. In 1977-1978, [one of two core leader]became serious illness and had treatment in hospital in Phnom Penh. The kind of illness was that he tried hard to think the plan and to build location 203 and 506. When the location 203 was created, he arranged other plan to create location 505, 105 and 108; moreover, he looked back to take over the authority and practice the plan.
ញឹម និងភឹម ជាមិត្ដ ជិតស្និត ទាំងនយោបាយ និងមនោចពោ្ចតនា បគ្គលទាំងពីរនេះមានទ្ធិពលខ្លាំងណាស់ នៅក្នុងបក្សពលករគឺគាត់នេះ ហើយដែលជាស្នូលសំខាន់ជាងគេ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧,១៩៧៨ បុគ្គលនេះឈឺធ្ងន់ ដេកនៅពេទ្យភ្នំពេញ បណ្ដាលមកពីមានការ ខ្វល់ខ្វាយរឿងផែន ការនេះហើយ គឺខិតខំកសាងមូលដ្ឋាន ២០៣, ៥០៦ ជាសំខាន់។ ពេលពង្រីកបាន ២០៣ ហើយ ឈានទៅ ៥០៥, ១០៥, ១០៨, ហើយត្រូវងាកមកដណ្ដើមរដ្ឋអំណាច តាមផ្នែកវិញ។ ហើយត្រូវវាយសំរុកភារៈកិច្ចនេះ។
