Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1967, Phan Vandy started to serve the CIA, spying on the Khmer Rouge. In 1972, [Vandy]joined the army in Brigade 2, which planned to stage a coup d'état. In 1975, while working in the sawmill, [Van dy]incited workers to destroy facilities in the mill and exported poor quality wood in an attempt to defame Pol Pot's name. On 8 October, 1977, [Vandy]was arrested by Angkar.
