Summary / Abstract :
|
On July 17, 1970, Uy Kheang joined the revolution and worked as a messenger but was later appointed to be a security combatant in Region 22. In 1974, [Kheang][allegedly]loined the KGB, building up tra itorous forces, inspiring people to hate each other or hate communal meals, acting against the party, hiding collective supplies and arresting good people with the purpose of making people misundersta nd the revolutionary party. In 1977, was a Chinese translator. [Kheang]gave an incorrect translation to trainees from a Chinese delegation, causing the Chinese guests to get angry with the revolution and its participants.
