Summary / Abstract :
In 1963, Sao Leng was a spy for In Tam. In 1967, [Leng]was assigned by In Tam to infiltrate the revolution at Phnom Veay Chap. After that time, [Leng]led In Tam's solidiers to attack the revolution's soldiers and people at Phnom Veay Chap, encouraged combatants to go back home, and reported to the enemies' planes to drop bombs. After the liberation day in 1975, [Leng]arranged a plan to contact Tha iland to ask for assistance. [Leng]also contacted In Tam to conduct actions along the border such as clearing off spikes, arresting children and combatants to use as soldiers against the revolution, a nd gathering and evacuated people when gun fire began. In 1977, [Leng]was assigned by Angkar to live in Regiment 70. In August, 1977, [Sao Leng]was arrested by Angkar.
