Summary / Abstract :

In 1970, Loch Tong [allegedly spied on Khmer Rouge activity and reported to foreigners to shoot revolutionary forces in Region 25. In 1971, [Tong]hid in the revolution worked in the military and inspi red people to run away from the party to join the enemy. [Tong]opened the defense line for enemies. In 1976, [Tong]opened the defence line for enemy. In 1976, this name took part in division 706, but the person encouraged combatants to desert the defence line. [Tong]also told combatants not to carry injured people and inspired people to hate the revolution. [Loch Tong]was arrested by Angkar.
