Summary / Abstract :

In 1968, Soeu Sanh [allegedly]was a spy for a Sub-District Chief in Siem Reap Province. [Sanh]indoctrinated people to hate the Khmer Rouge. [Sanh]informed the enemy's air force to bombard Khmer Rouge' s bases. [Sanh]infiltrated Khmer Rouge forces to bomb the Khmer Rouge bases. He infiltrated the Khmer Rouge line and became Military Secretary of Region 5. [Sanh]encouraged combatants to desert the li ne and escape to Thailand. [Sanh]prepared stocks to supply In Tam's troops who would fight for Battambang. {Sanh]killed many soldiers and bombed places, which caused many death. [Sanh]destroyed machin ery and engines. On 28 June, 1977, [Soeu Sanh]was arrested by Angkar.
