Summary / Abstract :

Sar Youk Leng [allegedly]was a spy for a Commune Chief and worked in the Socialist Republic Association in 1973. [Youk Leng's]assignment was to spy on Khmer Rouge's activities in Region 3. In 1975, [Y ouk Leng]joined the Khmer Rouge revolution, and started to conduct action against the Khmer Rouge. [Youk Leng]then destroyed Khmer Rouge crops and other property, and built up forces to oppose the Khm er Rouge. [Youk Leng]continued these actions until arrested by Angkar.
