Summary / Abstract :

In 1974, Seng Oeum joined the revolution as a combatant in Unit 20, Siem Reap Region. In 1975, Seng Oeum was sent by Angkar to join Division 171, Unit of Foreign Guest Defense, where Seng started to b e educated to conduct traitorous actions and to infiltrate the revolution to build up traitorous forces. In 1977, [Seng]spread leaflets in front of Broyove Vong temple. The leaflets read that "Brother s and sisters, please run westwards, I will be waiting for all of you at Pochentong road. Signature: Koh Kong." A few days after this move, [Seng]was arrested by Angkar.
