Summary / Abstract :

In 1972, Ouch Penh joined the revolution as a combatant in Region 25. In 1974, Ouch joined the Workers' Party, then inspired combatants to desert. He himself deserted the front line many times, and ev en destroyed Angkar's property. In 1975, he went to study technology in Kampong Som, where he inspried people to dispute with people, encouraged people to be lazy, starved people, stole people's crops , and freely fired guns to waste Angkar's bullets, until arrested by Angkar.
