Summary / Abstract :

In 1967, Uk Phoeut [allegedly]was a spy with an assigned to spy on Khmer Rouge activities and to build up spy forces in communes. In 1970, [Uk Phoeun]infiltrated the revoltuion line as a combatant in Heng Division, Region 2. In 1973, [Uk Phoeut]ordered commbatants to fight without digging battle trenches, causing many deaths among the revolution's soldiers. In 1975, [Phoeut]opposed Angkar's plan t o build retaining dikes in Pur Sat by acting in a lazy way. In addition, [Phoeut]destroyed tens of thousands of sacks of cement, 20 truck loads of iron, and 100 hectares of rice until arrested by Angk ar on 4 October, 1977.
