Summary / Abstract :

In 1970, Khoem Hea infiltrated the revolution. [Hea]was a combatant in Porngear Lor District. In Ang Serey, Hea propagandized people to join him. In 1973, while [Hea]was in Company 114, [Hea][allegedl y]built up CIA forces and did not provide bulles or ammunition to the soldiers. This provided an opportunity for the enemy to attack the defense line, which caused many deaths. In 1975, in Phnom Penh, [Hea]ordered [his]troops to destroy motocycles and cars. Hie used the new people to demonstrate in favour of personal property. [Hea]contacted Vietnam and Laos and transported ammunition for a coup.
