Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1973, Ngin Vorn [allegedly]joined the CIA to spy on Khmer rouge activities, to destroy the Khmer Rouge and to build up CIA forces. Concerning military activities, [Vorn]made combatants afraid of ba ttles and incited them to destroy military devices. In 1975, [Vorn]and many other traitors collaborated in activities including hiding weapons in reserve for a coup d'état in Ratanak Kiri. In addition , [Vorn]destroyed glass manufacturing and people's rice. On 12 June, 1977, [Ngin Vorn]was arrested by Angkar.
