Pov Chhean, from Kampong Saom, was a secretary of company in Division 166, in Region 22. [Chhean]testified that Nuon had joined the revolution in 1970 and worked as a soldier in Region 22. In 1975, No un persuaded Pov Chhearn to cooperate with him to attack a weapon storehouse in Mok Kompoul in order to seize weapon for the destruction of Pasteur Institute.
