Summary / Abstract :

In 1957, Chhum Peng [allegedly]joined the CIA, took actions against the Khmer Rouge and built up CIA forces in Zone 25. In 1975, [Penh]went to live with In Tam troops to make a plan to conquer Zone 5. On 17 August, 1977, [Chhum Penh]was arrested by Angkar.
