Summary / Abstract :

In 1969, Comrade Tuon [allegedly]became a CIA spy working for Chan Raingsy to monitor Khmer Rouge activities. After the 1975 liberation, he contacted CIA networks to make plans to attack the revolutio n in 1977 by building up traitorous forces, and hiding weapons and food supplies to support the guerrillas in preparation for staging a coup in Phnom Penh.
