Summary / Abstract :
Chou Chun Horn [allegedly]was educated by Ou San to join the CIA to take part in opposing the Khmer Rouge and building up CIA forces. In 1970, [Chou Chun Horn]went to study in Phnom Penh, built up CIA forces among people living on Boeng Trabek, and inspired people to hate the Khmer Rouge. In 1975, [Chou Chun Horn]spied from house to house and hid weapons and grenades in reserve for counter-attacki ng the revolution. In 1976, [Chun Horn]encouraged people to escape to Thailand, hid the collective's rice in store for conquering Battambang, destroyed collective property, and kill the revolution's f orces. In August 1977, [Chun Horn]was arrested by Angkar.
