Reim Nhem was Chief of Thmor Puok cooperative. [Nhem]conducted betrayal from 1970-76. [Nhem's]activities, including inspiring people to join Phnom Penh soldiers, inciting them to burn rice, contacting Thailand to ask for military equipment and asking Thailand to help fight Cambodia in 1977. [Reim Nhem]was arrested by Pol Pot's Angkar on 1 January, 1977.
