You E became a revolution's soldier in Baray District, Region 42. [E][allegedly]built up CIA forces destroying livestock in Kampong Seam District, Region 42. In 1975, [E]encouraged people not to work and told workers to destroy pumping sysems in Kap Srov and to hate the revolution' s cadres. In 1976, [E]planned to attack Phnom Phenh. Meanwhile, Khorn contacted Vietnam for help in a coup. Then [E]w as arrested by Angkar.
