Mam Visal [allegedly]confessed about a counter revolutionary plan. Before preparing the plan, [Visal's]group was cooperating with the revolution very well in order to make the revolution trust them. T he plot was managed by Chhouk, who was a spy in the revolution line from 1960. Chann Chakrey and Keo Sovan were part of the networks in Zone 24, supported and educated by Vietnamese. They had prepared the plan to attack the revolution. The first target was to attack Division 170 and surrounded the radio station and Pochentong airport. The second target was to attack along national road and the Mek ong River. If the plan failed, they would withdraw to the East and continue to cooperate with the Vietnamese.
