Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1945, Sok Tum became a Free Khmer, in Uddar Mean Chey. From 1964 to 1970, [Tum]was a Lon Nol spy and [allegedly]became a CIA agent. [Tum]built up CIA forces and educated people to resist the revolu tion. In 1971, [Tum]was assigned by Lon Nol, the imperialist and Et Soung to spy on the Production Section of the revolution in Region 5. [Tum]built up CIA agents in the revolutionary ranks, educated people not to trust the revolution and incited inhabitants to destroy the crops and property of Angkar. On 7 August, 1977, [Tum]was arrested by Angkar.
