Summary / Abstract :

In 1970, Comrade Khoem Phuong [allegedly]joined the revolution with the task of educating children and also as a messenger for the Minisrtry of Foreign Affairs. In 1976, [Khoem Phuong]was educated by Ra Ny, living in headquarters K16, to join the CIA in order to carry out betrayal. Then [Khoem Phuong]gathered traitorous forces, cooked insanitary food, caused conflict in the headquarters to spilt u p the solidarity between people, did not serve food on time to keep guests waiting, destroyed property in the headquarters, and put poison in the food to be served to guests, until arrested by Angkar.
