Summary / Abstract :

Sim Sart was a messenger assigned to contact the Vietnamese. In 1955, [Sart]took 2 Vietnamese from Vietnam to supervise Siv Heng and Keo Meas. In 1957, [Sart]began to lead an ordinary life. Later on, [Sart]went to France and contacted Chhuon Mom, in an attempt to find work. In 1970, [Sart]worked as Secretary of Ambassador in Hanoi, with Chhuon Mom's network, under the leadership of Seoung Gnoc Min h. Even though Seoung Gnoc Minh and Ieng Sary were working together, they had different points of view. Seoung Gnoc Minh aimed to create a new party and put Cambodia under the protectorate of Vietname se. [Sart]aimed to abolish Cambodia and turn Cambodian citizenship in an ethnic identity.
