Summary / Abstract :

In 1972, So Choeun [allegedly]joined the revolution as a security guard in Region 22, then joined the CIA. During 1972-75, [So Choeun]contacted traitorous networks with the purpose of destroying the r evolution in Region 22. [So Choeun]destroyed foodstuffs, and other property, and freed all prisoners. In 1975, [So Choeun]was sent by Angkar to work in Factory D8 in Chakangre Krom, where he started t o gradually destroy everything in the factory. On 1 July, 1978, he was arrested by Angkar.
