Summary / Abstract :

Comrade Bou Keo [allegedly]was sent by underground agents to infiltrate the revolution in order to propagandize among people to oppose Angkar. In 1974, he became a CIA agent in Veoun Sai monitoring am munition, food warehouses, military bases and shelters for Vietnamese troops to hide in. [Bou Keo]gathered food supplies to feed Vietnamese troops. After 1975, [Keo]was ordered by Vietnam to undertake a plan to make preparations to attack the revolution in April 1977. If it failed, the second attempt would be in November 1977. [Bou Keo]was arrested by Angkar in March 1977.
