Summary / Abstract :
|
Comrade Sarin was Deputy Chief of the State Commerce Department, and collaborated with Sart, Chief of Food Supply Transportation Department, to conduct traitorous acts. They took out more food and veg etables than requiered and put aside the surplus to feed their traitorous group. In 1975, [Sarin]involved himself in explanding traitorous forces in a village in Prek Kdam, by bringing recetly liberat ed people from Phnom Penh to settle in this village and indoctrinating them to go against the revolution. He had connections with the Eastern Zone 106, to build up traitorous forces against the revolu tion and to incite people to rebel against the cooperative communal systems.
