Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1969, Phorn Phal [allegedly]spied on the Khmer Rouge for CIA agents. In 1972, Angkar assigned him to work in a hospital in Region 33. He encouraged the medical staff to give poisonous injections to the patients, especially combatants and high ranking cadres. In 1975, [Phal]was transferred by Angkar to work in a factory. [Phal]incited the workers to destroy machinery and factory property. On 1 J uly, 1977, [Phorn Phal]was arrested by Angkar.
