See also J00898 and J00899; on page 189, a hand-written note in red pen, which reads: Secret: 1)I have not yet read it in details. I have read the conclusion part only. According to the conclusion, it can be inferred that: - the issue of CIA proves to be clear; - it does not seem to make sense to assume Comrade "kh" is a CIA agent if just having seen the previous part, but it is more likely to be clear if based on the conclusions of confessions by Pin, Nhem, and Mei; 2)According to a verbal report, Office S-21 said that Mol who lives with Comrade "kh" are all bad persons and enemies. 3)Det's c ase is to be considered later. Det's weaknesses are: 1. Morality (previous), 2. Having face, trying to gain favor graces and (still existing at present)

Summary / Abstract :
|
Chan Noun was a chief of SKD factory. [Nuon][allegedly]joined the CIA in order to betray the revolution by infiltrating secret CIA forces into the factory, destroying factory equipments and warehouses , gathering poisons for use to kill top leaders, and killing gun-men in order to take guns to shoot high-ranking leaders. In 1973, [Nuon]became a combatant. [Nuon]fired shots to signal for the enemies to attack and kill the revolution's combatants. [Nuon]also hid weapons in the factory and temples in reserve for conquering Phnom Penh.
