Summary / Abstract :
In 1970, Tuy Saran joined the revolution as a youth in Region 25. In 1973, [Tuy Saran]was educated to betray the revolution, inspired youth to return home, placed heavy artillery in high positions so that it would be easily seen by enemies, and inspired youth to desert the defense line when enemies infiltrated Angkar to lead children units. [Saran]then threatened, arrested and beat the children. W hen ordered by Angkar to transport rice by boat, [Tuy Saran]sank the boat, damaging a great deal of rice, and also poisoned animals. On 15 May 1977, [Saran]was arrested by Angkar. In November 1973, in the battle at the National Road No 2, 3, I and Born were assigned by Angkar to prepare for shooting down airplanes which came to drop bomb on the front line. I and Born have prepared weapons and told combatants to be prepared to shoot down war planes.
