Summary / Abstract :

In 1973, Thai Sophal [allegedly]was a CIA agent who infiltrated the headquarters for water-carrying vehicles. [Sophal's]assignment was to get in touch with international journalists in order to take t hem to CIA clique. [Sophal]also kept track of anyone who conducted actions against Lon Nol by throwing grenades into ice-cream boxes and cinemas. In 1975, [Sophal]went to live in the headquaters for w ater-carrying vehicles where [Sophal]damaged electric power at Chak Angre, faked two papers for use to escape to Thailand, and gathered dollars, gold and diamonds to take to Thailand.
