Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1972, Dy Cheng joined the revolution in Hospital 27, Kampong Chhnang region. In 1973, [Dy Cheng]mixed water with serum in order to gradually kill patients, until 1974. After the liberation day in 1 975, Dy Cheng still conducted such actions, by depriving blood donors and patients of their rations so they would die of starvation and reduce the revolutionary forces, and injected the wrong type of blood into patients to kill them. In addition, [Dy Cheg]destroyed medical drugs, medical aparatus, and gave the wrong diagnosis and analysis of disease in order to undermine the working proccess of th e revolution, until arrested by Angkar.
