Summary / Abstract :

In 1972, Tith Oeun [allegedly]joined the CIA in the line of comrade Chhouk Moeng Mao in Thmor Puok, Battambang Province. In 1975, [Oeun]went to live in Sisophon and worked as a statistical registrar. [Oeun]committed actions such as killing people, stealing potatos, starving people, urging people to work over-time, and destroying rice seeds and other crops. On August 24, 1977, [Oeun]was arrested by Angkar.
