In 1974, Suong San [allegedly]joined the revolution as a Group Chief of the Office K-16 (16-strong unit)in Kampong Speu. In 1976, [San]joined the CIA, then started to cause conflict in the unit, destr oyed rice, crops and other property, served guests carelessly, starved guests, and arranged a plot to poison guests, until arrested by Angkar.
