Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1973, Hang Eoun alias Pon joined the revolution. In 1974, [Oeun][allegedly]joined the CIA and the enemy line, along with some soldiers. When Phnom Penh was liberated, [Eoun]liberated Sem from the e nemy zone. During 1976-77, [Oeun]and [his]clique planned to liberate prisoners, burnt warehouses, and attacked Kampong Cham Province. [Oeun]made farmers grow long term rice in upper lands and short te rm rice in low lands where there was a deep attempt to destroy rice.
