Summary / Abstract :
In 1973, Suon Ol was a spy for a Commune Chief, and at a rubber plantation reported a plan to drop bombs. In 1971, [Suon Ol]went to spy on the revolution and joined the CIA, encouraging people to ente r military service and throwing grenades to kill the forces of the revolution. After the 1975 liberation day, [Suon Ol]built up CIA forces in order to weaken the revolutionary forces by continuing to throw grenades, forming a squad of bandits, secretly killing cadres and firing at cars. [Suon Ol]also made a plot to fight for Kampong Cham provincial town by first destroying the explosives warehouse and then starting to conquer the province as a whole. [Suon Ol]was arrested on September 29, 1977.
