Nhan Tha aka Smei, soldier of State Commerce, confessed that Da, Chief of Supplying Section, was in the traitorous network with him [Smei]. In December 1976, Da received orders from Lunh, Chief of Section K-19, to destroy crops, and to provoke combatants not to go to work.
ញាណ ថា ហៅ ស្មី យុទ្ធជននៅពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ ដា ប្រធានក្រុមផ្នែកផ្គត់ផ្គង់ នៅកុ្នងខ្សែក្បត់ជាមួយខ្លួនដែរ។ នៅខែ១២-១៩៧៦ ដា បានទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ លុញ ប្រធាន ផ្នែកក-១៩ ឱ្យបំផ្លាញដំណាំ និងបំផុសយុទ្ធជនកុំឱ្យចូលធ្វើការ។
