In 1973, Comrade Lee Tha joined the revolution as a combatant in Kampong Cham region. In the same year, [Tha]was educated by Kim and later because a member of the White Khmer while undertaking activit ies; involving people in opposing Angkar, destroying revolutionary forces and scaring combatants from the battlefield. [Tha]shot other cadres in the Kampong Cham region, arrested people for no reason, became a CIA agent in 1972, spread propagada to build up CIA forces within the military line, destroyed rice crops and travelled without a pass or permission, until arrested by Angkar.
