Summary / Abstract :
|
Chhan Chhay [allegedly]served the revolution in the office of Koh Nhet, Region 105. [Chhay]worked for a Secretary of Koh Nhet District by gathering CIA forces among people. He destroyed the revolution ary property, including demolishing embankments, allowing water to flow out and letting too many workers into rice fields, spoiling the crops. In 1976, he contacted Vietnam and spied on the location o f the revolution troops, hid food suppies and supplied the CIA by deceptively telling people to transport food to support the troops.
