Summary / Abstract :
|
In 1974, Pheap [allegedly]was an energy combatant. She committed actions such as destroying a box of bullets and materials in the units, and causing quarrels in the units with the revolution. In 1975, she encouraged women to be afraid of the battle field, frightened them so they did not dare to carry bullets for combatants, and destroyed medical drugs until arrested by Angkar on October 12, 1978.
