Summary / Abstract :

In 1972, Nheung Hoeun [allegedly]joined the revolution in the Art Performance Section in Region 105. In that year, [Hoeun]also served the CIA forces and was active in convincing people to join the CIA . In 1973, [Hoeun]became a Chief of Government Industry in Region 105. At that time, [Hoeun]inspired women to be indolent with work, and to destroy crops and collective property, and hid foodstuff in reserve for supplying Vietnam in order to stage a coup d'état. On 25 August, 1977, [Nheung Hoeun]was arrested by Angkar.
